General Responsibilities: Project-managed the transition from a SilverStripe-based website to Squarespace, prioritizing minimal disruption throughout the process. A key focus was reorganizing the existing content to enhance user experience and improve the web presence.

Key Achievements: The project included reorganising existing content, enhancing user experience, improving web presence, creating four password-protected portals, and transforming PDFs into accessible web-based forms. Achieved a significant milestone of over 90% accessibility on the site. Trained the communications department, ensuring the site’s longevity and consistent quality.
